We understand that there may be rare occasions where shoppers are not completely satisfied, and it is important for us to hear your feedback. SOLD OUT ITEMS

If an item you have ordered is out of stock, you will have the option of exchanging it for a similar item (where applicable) or simply have it refunded. No additional postage charges apply. We attempt to locate your item from a store, within reason and if it is available.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES - AUSTRALIA

CHANGE OF MIND

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Benjamin Barker Australia will be pleased to offer you an exchange provided that:

  • The item is in original condition and is unwashed, unworn, unused and has not been altered or personalised and all tags remain attached to the garment
  • Presentation of the original invoice or receipt within 30 days of purchase

It is the customer's responsibility to try all garments on before removing tags, as we cannot accept any returned products without the tags attached to the garment. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or exchange/refund refused.

Exchanges of online purchases may be made in person at a Benjamin Barker Australia store (with exceptions) or by post (See online returns below). Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind unless the item is deemed faulty.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange - Pocket Squares, Ties, Tie Clips, Socks, Belts, Lapel Pins & Cufflinks.

The only exception is a damaged or incorrect item shipped by Benjamin Barker Australia (see below for details)

FAULTY ITEMS

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Benjamin Barker Australia at any of our stores. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may seek a refund or exchange.

SALE ITEMS

All sale or clearance items are final sale. We do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty. Please ensure that you have chosen the right size before purchasing.

At this time, our website does not provide online store credit. Head office refunds/exchanges can take up to 7 business days for processing.  

Special Exceptions

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund on the following items unless the item is faulty or where otherwise required by law:

  • Made-to-measure and altered garments

HOW TO RETURN - AUSTRALIA

All exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions, and will be granted at Benjamin Barker Australia's sole discretion. Please follow the steps below and do not attempt an exchange without prior approval.

  1. Download our return form HERE.
  2. Email the form to contactmelb@benjaminbarker.com.au. This must be done within 30 days of purchase.
  3. If the exchange is approved, we will reply with all relevant information and next steps. Exchanges via Head Office will only be entertained after we have approved the request via email.

Please allow 7 working days for your return / exchange to be processed. All return and exchanges are to be advised within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Each item can only be exchanged once for another similar product (or equal value) or a full refund.

Returned products must reach us within twenty (20) days of our approval of the exchange request. Extensions will be granted on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Benjamin Barker Australia will not be liable for any goods, which fail to reach us before end of the exchange period window. 

Benjamin Barker Australia will not be held responsible for lost packages. All returns and exchanges must be delivered back to us using a traceable service with a tracking number. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns – New Zealand

For international returns: In the case of faulty or incorrect orders, then Benjamin Barker Australia will cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that all international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping for your exchange will be at our standard international shipping rates.

The process of returns is the same as for domestic returns.

Colour variations
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
