COVID-19 Shipping Information

Unfortunately due to covid-19 we are experiencing large delivery delays.

Australia Post has advised to expect up to an additional 7 business days on top of the regular time frame at the moment for domestic orders. We have seen parcels take up to 2 weeks to reach within the same state.

Auspost has also advised an additional 25 business days on top of the regular time frame for international orders. Flights are limited all over the world and in some countries, post is being held for 14 days in quarantine before being delivered. 

We are located in Melbourne, Australia and use AusPost for all our shipping.



Shipping within Australia is complimentary for orders over $200.
A flat rate of $15 applies on all other orders.

Express delivery is available from $10 - $25.


Shipping to New Zealand is complimentary for orders over $300.
A flat rate of $30 applies on all other orders.

We will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible however please allow 2-7 business days for dispatch processing and delivery. There may be delays during sale events, as we expect a high volume of orders to come through at this time. 

Do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team for any shipment enquiries. Parcels that are to be shipped in rural/regional areas, especially parts of WA, may experience a 5-7 business day delivery timeframe.


Please note all Click and Collect orders are processed and delivered from our warehouse to our Melbourne Central store for collection.

You will receive notification via SMS or email when your order is ready for collection.

Uncollected orders will be cancelled and refunded after 30 days.


International orders are expected to be delivered within 2 weeks from date of purchase. On occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on the amount of time it takes for an item to clear customs. The customer will be fully responsible for any customs duties or foreign taxes that may be imposed.

All applicable customs, import duties and fees are not accounted for in the shipping fee and will not be charged by Benjamin Barker Australia. Some countries may require additional fees paid for "Collect on Delivery" (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Australia. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your order. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your order, and in some rare cases delivery may be delayed.
